Sweet Beginnings: Danny and Ashley’s City Engagement Session at Off Track Ice Cream in Downtown Charleston
Before our engagement session, I asked Ashley and Danny their style – “A not so typical or average engagement shoot” To understand them further I asked them their Love Languages. Their love languages? Gift Giving & Acts of Service. I immediately thought how sweet *pun intended* it would be to have them go grab some vegan ice cream at our local ice cream shop, Off Track. They both aren’t huge sweet people I came to find out, but through the duration of our day together I noticed that it didn’t really matter what we were doing, these two just loved being together. Witnessing Ashley and Danny’s love enveloped under 100-year-old oak trees that sprouted out of concrete sidewalks was a gift to witness.
The Setting:
Downtown Charleston’s cobblestone streets and historic architecture provided a romantic atmosphere for Danny and Ashley’s engagement session. Off Track Ice Cream, with its modern style, pop of fun color and cozy ambiance, added an extra layer of charm to the day. From the moment the couple walked through the door, it was clear that this location would make for a fun engagement photoshoot.
