In camera my style is editorial and candid/documentary. But, in person, I am your biggest fan, your confidant, and your friend.
I'll be there to push the hair out of your face and help shake the sand out of your wedding dress.
about Taylor
get to KNOW ME BETTER
I’m Taylor — the artist behind TLC Wedding Photography — and I’m endlessly inspired by the kind of photos that feel like memory. The ones soaked in emotion. The ones that look like the bridge of your favorite song or the final scene of a film you can’t stop thinking about.
The moments that stay with you usually aren’t the perfectly polished ones. They’re the in-between pieces of your story. Like the beach day that was supposed to be sunny but turned stormy instead, and somehow it became even better. Wind in your hair, soaked clothes, laughing uncontrollably while pulling closer beneath his jacket for warmth — realizing that home was never really a place, but the feeling of being beside them.
That’s the kind of beauty I’m drawn to. The honest kind. The seemingly ordinary moments that, once you fall in love, stop being ordinary at all. Because after you found each other, life shifted. The mundane became meaningful. Slow mornings became sacred. Everyday life became this wild, cinematic adventure you now get to experience side by side.
That’s what I want to document for you — the story you’re actively living together. The movement, the feeling, the way your love exists when no one is watching.

My Approach is photojournalistic/ documentary in style with a fine art/ editorial edge. I love blending both styles to give real moments the same quality as the portraits. Having beautiful portraiture that has a candid edge to it is what makes us fall in love with a photograph and one you'll come back to every year.
My general workflow is detailed + attentive. When you inquire, I'll send over a form that gathers all your info with a personality section to gauge your range of comfort and artistic vision. From there, we'll schedule a virtual call to get to know each other and focus on seeing if we are a good fit. We'll stay in touch throughout the year and craft a timeline that will match the intention of your day.
On the wedding day I don’t believe in over‑directing or pressuring moments for the sake of a shot. I also don’t believe in disappearing completely. Instead, I move with intention — close enough to anticipate what’s happening, far enough to let it breathe. When guidance is helpful, I’ll offer it. When presence matters more, I step back.
I work calmly and intuitively, letting the day set the rhythm. Timelines stay flexible. Space is protected. Real moments are allowed to happen without interruption. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s honesty composed beautifully.
Above all, I photograph weddings for the people inside them —So when you look back years from now, you don’t just remember how it looked. You remember how it felt. This is what timeless means.
